摘 要:为缓解日益严峻的环境问题,提出了一种新型液压挖掘机动臂势能回收系统,提高了液压挖掘机的能量利用率。为降低势能回收系统对操控性的影响,提高系统的操控性能,分析了新型势能回收系统的特点;提出了针对该系统的控制策略和系统控制方法;建立了该控制系统的数学模型。通过仿真验证了该方法的可行性,在实现势能回收的基础上提高了系统的操控性能。In order to alleviate the increasingly serious environmental problems, a new potential energy recovery system for hydraulic excavator is proposed, which improves the energy efficiency of hydraulic excavator. To reduce the influence of the potential energy recovery system for handling, and to improve the control performance of system, the characteristics of new type of potential energy recovery system was analyzed, the control strategy and system control method for this system were put forward and the mathematical model of the control system was established. The feasibility of the method is verified by simulation, and the control performance of the system is improved on the basis of the potential energy recovery.
