探究肺炎支原体感染致儿童过敏性紫瘢的临床作用

摘　　要：目的分析MP(肺炎支原体)感染致儿童过敏性紫癜的临床特点、治疗方法与归转。方法选取该院2014年1月-2018年12月收治的128例肺炎支原体感染致过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象,所有患儿均获得临床确诊,对其临床特点、治疗方法与归转行回顾性分析。结果研究中128例患儿中,首发症状为踝、膝关节肿痛的患儿有3例,血尿患儿共有5例,腹痛患儿有18例,皮肤紫癜患儿共有102例,构成比为79.69%;症状累及双上肢、膝关节以下、臀部、双下肢的患儿分别有13例、20例、40例、55例;74例患儿近1个月内有上呼吸道或者下呼吸道感染病史存在;128例患儿的平均住院时间为(12.02±1.28)d,治愈率为92.19%(118/128),对其行3个月随访,没有出现失访患儿,疾病复发率为0.00%(0/128)。结论MP感染可能是引发儿童过敏性紫癜的重要原因之一,MP感染致过敏性紫癜患儿除了会有典型紫癜表现出现之外,还可伴有或者不伴有呼吸道感染,对其行科学合理治疗后,预后良好。Objective To analyze the clinical features,treatment methods and reversion of children with allergic purpura caused by MP(Mycoplasma pneumoniae)infection.Methods A total of 128 children with allergic purpura caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were enrolled in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2018.All children were clinically diagnosed.The clinical features,treatment methods and conversion were retrospective.analysis.Results Among the 128 children,the first symptoms were sputum,knee joint swelling and pain in 3 cases,hematuria in 5 cases,abdominal pain in 18 cases,and skin purpura in 102 cases.79.69%;13 cases,20 cases,40 cases,55 cases with symptoms involving double upper limbs,below knee joint,buttocks and lower limbs;74 children had upper respiratory tract or lower respiratory tract infection history within 1 month;128 patients with an average hospitalization time of(12.02±1.28)d and a cure rate of 92.19%(118/128).After 3 months of follow-up,there was no loss of follow-up,and the disease recurrence rate was 0.00%(0/128).Conclusion MP infection may be one of the important causes of allergic purpura in children.In addition to the appearance of typical purpura,children with allergic purpura with MP infection may or may not be accompanied by respiratory infections.After treatment,the prognosis is good.
