摘　　要：新版国家标准GB/T 38204—2019《岩土工程仪器测斜仪》,是对旧版标准SL 362—2006《大坝观测仪器测斜仪》的扩展及延伸。简要解析新版标准的编制过程,对新、旧版标准的适用范围和引用文件等做进一步的比较,并根据目前测斜仪在我国的应用情况,对测斜仪的适用范围、仪器种类、指标要求等进行补充和完善。新版标准确保新类型测斜仪的产品质量,可为我国标准体系的建立及产品质量监督检查提供参考依据。The new national standard GB/T 38204—2019 Geotechnical engineering instrument—Inclinometers is the extension for SL 362—2006 Instrument for dam monitoring-inclino meter.This paper parses compiled process of the new standard,further comprises the applicable scope and reference file of the new and old standard.And according to the current applicationsituation of inclinometer in our country,it supplements and perfects the application range,instruments types,Index requirements of the inclinometer.The new standard ensures the product quality of the new type inclinometer,and provides reference for the establishment of the standard system and the supervision and inspection of product quality in China.
