摘  要:以内刻V形槽预控破片战斗部圆柱壳体为研究对象,利用LS-DYNA有限元软件对壳体膨胀破裂与矩形和菱形两种预刻槽战斗部破片形成过程进行了数值模拟,分析了预控破片战斗部散布范围和有效单个破片的个数,并通过静爆试验数据证实。结果证明:内刻V形槽菱形破片战斗部成型和散布优于矩形破片战斗部,菱形破片战斗部壳体膨胀破碎率高,形成有效单个破片数量多,连片率极低,单列破片散布呈条状,有效覆盖面积广,试验结果与数值模拟结果相吻合。Taking the inside V-shaped groove warhead cylindrical shell as the research object,in view of the rectangular fragment warhead shall produce fragment,we designed and optimized the diamond fragment warhead,using LS-DYNA finite element software of shell expansion cracking and broken formation process was simulated.Combining the results of numerical simulation and theoretical formula,we analyzed the precontrol fragment warhead spread scope and the number of a single fragment effectively,and verified it by the static explosion test.The results show that the shape and spread of rhomboid shaped fragment warhead with V-shaped groove inside are better than that of rectangular fragment warhead,and the rhomboid shaped fragment warhead shell has a high rate of expansion and fragmentation,resulting in a large number of effective single fragments,a low rate of continuous fragments,a single row of fragments scattered in strips,and a wide effective coverage area.The test results are consistent with the numerical simulation results.
