基于Web of Science的儿童哮喘行动计划发展情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析并探讨国外儿童哮喘行动计划的发展情况,为我国儿童哮喘行动计划的开展提供可借鉴的经验。方法应用文献计量学的方法对Web of Science数据库1989年—2019年11月收录的国外儿童哮喘行动计划的相关文献进行分析。结果共573篇文献纳入研究,1989年—2019年文献数量逐年增多,2000年以后呈快速增长趋势,平均每年发文量为27.8篇;发文地区主要集中在美国(52.8%)、澳大利亚(9.4%)和加拿大(7.5%)等国家;涉及主要学科和研究领域包括呼吸系统、过敏与健康护理。结论发达国家的儿童哮喘行动计划开展时间早,管理哮喘作用明确。其多方位、多维度、多层次的发展模式为我国儿童哮喘行动计划的探索提供一定参考借鉴。Objective To explore and analyze the development of child asthma action plan in foreign countries,which can provide direct experience for developing child asthma action plan in China.Methods The Web of Science database was searched for literatures on child asthma action plan in foreign countries from 1989 to November 2019,the literature retrieved were sorted and analyzed by bibliometric methods.Results A total of 573 journal articles related to child asthma action plan were retrieved.The number of the articles was on the rise as a whole from 1989 to 2019,and it showed a rapid growth trend after 2000,with an average annual output of 27.8 articles.There were more literatures mainly in the United States(52.8%),Australia(9.4%)and Canada(7.5%)and other countries.The related major subjects and research areas recovering respiratory system,allergy and health care.Conclusion The child asthma action plan in developed countries was launched early and the effect of its asthma management was clear.Its multi-dimensional,multi-dimensional and multi-level development model provides a reference for the exploration of child asthma action plan in China.
