浅谈加强医学检验技术专业医学人文素质教育

摘　　要：随着医学检验技术的不断发展和人民对健康的重视,医学检验技术在疾病的预防、诊断、疗效评估、预后判断等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用.医学检验技术专业人才培养要做到医文并重、德能兼修,这是新时期培养高级应用型医学检验技术专门人才的需要,在本专业教学质量国家标准中将医学人文素质培养目标列入毕业生的基本要求.简要介绍绍兴文理学院医学检验技术专业医学人文教育情况,并对未来人才培养中如何加强医学人文素质教育进行展望.With the development of medical laboratory science and the increasing attention paid to the mass’health,medical laboratory science plays a growingly important role in disease prevention,diagnoses,efficacy assessments and prognostic judgments.Personnel training of medical laboratory science must focus on both medical skills and humanistic accomplishments.It is the requirement of cultivating advanced applied-oriented specialized talents of medical laboratory technology in the new era.The objective of medical humanistic quality is one of the basic requirements in the national standard for teaching quality.This article is a brief introduction of medical humanities education in medical laboratory science of Shaoxing University and a prospect of how to strengthen medical humanistic quality education in future.
