摘 要:对近壁圆柱绕流强化壁面传热展开研究,基于有限容积法通过FORTRAN编程来求解控制方程,分析了不同雷诺数(100≤Re≤1200)下的近壁圆柱绕流对壁面传热的作用。研究结果表明:(1)雷诺数的变化对壁面传热强化有着重要的影响,壁面的平均努塞尔数(Num)随雷诺数的增大而增大;(2)在雷诺数较低时,Num在近壁圆柱附近处出现一次峰值,随着雷诺数的增大Num在第一次峰值后又出现第二次峰值,且两次峰值的大小都随雷诺数的增大而增大;(3)随着雷诺数增大,Num的第一次峰值基本出现在同一位置,即近壁圆柱处;Num的第二次峰值由于旋涡运动的影响,随雷诺数的增大略向上游移动。The effect of the near-wall cylinder on heat transfer enhancement is studied in this paper. The governing equations are solved by a computer program of FORTRAN code according to finite volume method. The heat transfer enhancement in various Reynolds Number(Re)is investigated. The Results indicate:(1)Reynolds Number has a profound effect on the heat transfer of wall. The time-mean Nusselt Number(Num) increases with the increase of Re.(2)The first Num peak appears near the cylinder in low Re Regime. With the increase of Re,the second Num peak appears in the downstream of the first peak. Both of the peak values increase with the increase of Re.(3) The first Num peak appears in the same position near the cylinder for various Re. The second Num peak moves to the upstream due to the vortex motion in the vicinity of the wall.
