摘 要:钢管专用锯床加工自动化,能够有效提高生产效率,减少生产成本。因此,设计了一种全自动钢管专用锯床。首先,通过分析钢管加工特点,对钢管专用锯床进行总体结构设计,并进行了三维建模及虚拟装配;然后,对切削头进行设计计算,分析了切削头工作过程受力情况;最后,利用ANSYS对机床的关键部件切削头支架进行了静力分析,并通过拓扑优化方法实现了结构优化构型。仿真结果表明,经优化的支架零件满足工作强度强求,并实现结构减重51.9%。Automation of steel pipe sawing machine can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.Therefore,a fully automatic steel pipe sawing machine was designed.Firstly,by analyzing the characteristics of steel pipe processing,the overall structure design of steel pipe sawing machine was carried out,and the three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly were carried out.Then,the cutting head was designed and calculated,and the force of the cutting head during the working process was analyzed.Finally,ANSYS was used to analyze the static force of the cutting head bracket,which was the key part of the machine tool,and the optimal configuration of the structure was achieved by the topological optimization method.The simulation results show that the optimized bracket parts meet the requirement of working strength and achieve 51.9%weight reduction.
