摘　　要：机油盘总成包括机油盘本体与放油螺栓,主要用于润滑油的盛装与排泄。目前机油盘本体内腔设置较多纵横交错的加强筋,交错的加强筋造成较多的封闭区域,当发动机更换润滑油时,油液在内腔中流出会出现阻隔现象,导致部分油液无法流出;机油盘本体放油孔安放位置高于机油盘最低面,导致部分油液无法排净。由此,残留的污染油液与新加入的油液混合,会导致发动机整体油液品质下降,最终影响发动机的润滑。优化后的机油盘总成,拥有简洁的内腔,降低内腔模具设计难度;外壳底面增加贯穿式加强筋,增强本体结构强度,降低断裂风险;重新设计放油孔的位置、结构,解决油液无法完全排净难题。The oil pan assembly includes the oil pan body and oil drain bolts,which are mainly used for the filling and draining of lubricating oil. At present,there are many criss-crossing ribs inside the body of the oil pan.The staggered ribs cause more enclosed areas. When the engine changes the lubricating oil,the oil will flow out in the inner cavity,which will cause some oil to flow out. The oil drain hole of the oil pan body is placed at a lower position than the lowest surface of the oil pan,so that some oil cannot be drained. As a result,the residual contaminated oil is mixed with the newly added oil,which causes the overall oil quality of the engine to decrease,which ultimately affects the lubrication of the engine. The optimized oil pan assembly has a simple inner cavity to reduce the difficulty of designing the inner cavity mold. The through-type reinforcing rib is added to the bottom surface of the outer casing to enhance the structural strength of the main body and reduce the risk of fracture.Redesign the position and structure of the oil drain hole to solve the oil.The liquid cannot be completely drained.
