赣鄱陶瓷民俗事象及其方言俗语之管见

摘　　要：在民族文化瑰宝中,赣鄱陶瓷是一颗放射出璀璨光芒的明珠。远在石器时代,赣鄱地区就煅烧出中国最早的陶器。商周秦汉时期,赣鄱陶瓷已由原始陶器渐朝青瓷方向发展;唐代以降,赣鄱地区又出现了许多名窑,其中久负盛名的景德镇瓷窑在宋代就形成了青白瓷体系,元明时已成为全国瓷业中心,并享有世界闻名“瓷都”美誉。长期的陶瓷生产实践,不仅积累了丰富的经验智慧,还产生了不少反映陶瓷民俗事象的方言俗语,诸如反映生产工序、生产工种、生产建筑、生产行规以及崇奉“窑神”等民俗事象方面的方言俗语。这些反映陶瓷民俗事象的方言俗语,既是赣鄱文化中的重要组成部分,更是民族文化艺术中的奇葩。Among the national cultural treasures,Ganpo ceramics is a bright shining pearl.In the Stone Age,people in Ganpo area calcined the earliest pottery in China.During the period of the Shang,Zhou,Qin and Han Dynasties,Ganpo ceramics gradually developed from primitive pottery to celadon.From the Tang Dynasty on,many famous kilns appeared in Ganpo area,among which the most famous Jingdezhen kiln porcelain formed the celadon system in the Song Dynasty,and Ganpo already became the center of the national porcelain industry in the Yuan and Ming Dynasties,and enjoyed the world-famous reputation of“porcelain capital”.The long-term practice of ceramic production has not only accumulated rich experience and wisdom,but also produced such dialect idioms that reflect the phenomenon of ceramic folk culture,as reflecting the production process,the types of production work,production architecture,the rules of production practice,worshiping of the“kiln god”and so on.These dialect idioms,which reflect the phenomenon of ceramic folk culture,are not only an important part of Ganpo culture,but also a wonderful work in national culture and art.
