摘　　要：对朔州晋坤煅烧煤系高岭土与美国巴斯夫煅烧高岭土进行对比研究,通过XRD、SEM分析,且比较其粒度、吸油值和白度等性能指标。结果表明,朔州煤系高岭岩加工生产的超细煅烧高岭土白度、粒度、涂料耐洗刷性、筛余物及分散性等主要技术指标均达到美国煅烧土的质量标准,吸油值仍是后期研究亟需突破的指标。IBased on the analysis of XRD and SEM,and the comparison of its particle size,oil absorption value and whiteness,this paper makes a comparative study of Jinkun calcined coal series kaolin in Shuozhou and BASF calcined kaolin in the United States. The results show that the main technical indexes of the ultra-fine calcined kaolin produced by the processing of Shuozhou coal series kaolinite,such as whiteness,granularity,washability of coating,sieve residue and dispersion,reach the quality standard of calcined kaolin in the United States,while the oil absorption value is an index that needs to be broken through in the later research.
