摘　　要：转型升级驱动下的流程制造业所面临的发展瓶颈亟需可延续和提升发展并与之相契合的智能支持,物联网技术能够协助企业实现产品设计生产、检验检测、风险预警、营销售后等各流程环节的完善、创新。在分析流程制造业风险消解和发展困境基础上,从趋势需求、实际应用、产生效能、售后服务等几方面论证了物联网技术促进管理革新带来的利益收获。The development bottleneck of process manufacturing driven by transformation and upgrading is in urgent need of intelligent support that can be continued, improved and developed. The Internet of things technology can help enterprises to achieve the improvement and innovation of product design and production,inspection and testing, risk warning, marketing and after-sales, and other process links. Based on the analysis of risk resolution and development dilemma of the process manufacturing industry, the benefits of internet of things technology in promoting management innovation are demonstrated from the aspects of trend demand, practical application, production efficiency and after-sales service, which are conducive to the continuous improvement of production efficiency of enterprises.
