摘　　要：建立了板蓝根注射液HPLC特征图谱.采用Waters Atlantis T3(5μm,4.6×250 mm)色谱柱,以甲醇为流动相A,水为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱;流速为0.8 mL/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长250 nm.板蓝根注射液的色谱图基本相同,检出特征共有峰有9个.该方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可作为板蓝根注射液有效的鉴别和质量评价方法.Objective:To establish HPLC profile of Banlangen injection.Method:The column was Waters Atlantis T3(5μm,4.6 x 250 mm).With methanol as mobile phase A and water as mobile phase B,gradient elution was performed.The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min;the column temperature was 30℃;the detection wavelength was 250 nm.Results:The chromatograms of Banlangen injection were basically the same.There are 9 common peaks for the detected features.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive and reproducible.The results are accurate and reliable,and can be used as an effective method for identification and quality evaluation of Banlangen injection.
