声子色散对低维材料极化子性质的影响

摘　　要：综合概述了利用线性组合算符结合LLP幺正变换方法系统的研究低维材料中极化子效应。重点讨论了纵光学声子色散对极性晶体和抛物量子点中弱耦合磁极化子的基态能量、自陷能的影响.并在考虑纵光学声子色散情况下,对单层石墨烯中弱耦合极化子的基态能量进行理论推导.Polaron effect in low-dimensional materials are systematically studied in this article using the linear combination operator and LLP unitary transformation method.The effect of the longitudinal optical phonon dispersion on the ground state energy and the self-trapping energy of weakly-coupled magnetopolaron in polar crystals and the quantum dots is mainly discussed.Moreover,the ground state energy of weakly-coupled polaron in monolayer graphene was deduced theoretically taking account of the longitudinal optical phonon dispersion.
