摘　　要：目的探讨肛周坏死性筋膜炎清创术后ICU护理方案的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2019年6月本院ICU收治的16例肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者术后在ICU的诊疗及护理经过,并结合相关文献,深入探讨该病在ICU的护理方案;患者的心理变化由专业护理人员采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对其展开调查,实施护理干预后再次测定,评价整体护理效果。结果16例患者均临床治愈,无术后并发症发生;8例患者行清创术1次,5例患者行清创术2次,2例患者行清创术3次,1例患者行清创术4次。结论ICU护理应用于肛周坏死性筋膜炎术后患者,临床效果良好,术后并发症低、安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nursing in intensive care unit for perianal necrotizing fasciitis after operation.Methods The treatment and nursing process of 16 patients with perianal necrotizing fasciitis were reviewed.The treatment and nursing methods were explored with reference to some literatures.Results All the 16 patients were completely cured,and no complications occurred.8 cases had undergone debridement 1 time,5 cases 2 times,2 cases 3 times,and 1 cases 4 times.Conclusion The nursing in intensive care unit for perianal necrotizing fasciitis after operation is effective,with fewer postoperative complications and high safety,so it is worthy of promotion.
