城市突发大型交通事故中车祸伤员医院救治体系研究

摘　　要：目的优化城市突发大型交通事故车祸伤员医院救治体系,以提高医院对突发大型交通事故中大批伤员的救治能力。方法通过分析城市突发大型交通事故的医疗特点,结合多次组织大批车祸伤员救治的流程演练及预案研究,建立具体的组织实施体系和救治流程。结果城市突发大型交通事故具有伤情复杂、现场环境混乱、时间紧迫等特点,建议构建制定应急预案、建立急救救护小组、进行针对性知识培训等医院救治体系,启动救治预案、检伤分类等救治流程。结论突发大型交通事故车祸伤员的救治工作突发性强,伤员人数多、伤情重、情况急,医院应结合实际情况,构建相应的救治体系和救治流程。Objective To optimize the hospital treatment system for the injured in urban heavy traffic accidents,and to improve the ability of hospitals to deal with a large number of casualties in heavy traffic accidents.Methods We analyzed the medical characteristics of the injured in urban heavy traffic accidents,exercised the process of organizing a large number of accident casualties'treatment for many times and studying the plans,and found the specific organization and treatment process.Results The characteristics of the injured in urban heavy traffic accidents included complex injuries,chaotic scene environment,and pressing time.It was suggested to establish a hospital treatment system,such as formulating emergency plan,establishing first aid teams for targeted knowledge training,and a treatment process,such as initiating a treatment plan and triage.Conclusion The treatment of the injured in a large traffic accident is sudden,large number,severe injury,and urgent.Connecting with the practical situation,every hospital should build the treatment system and process.
