摘　　要：农庄旅游在世界范围内的迅速发展引起了旅游学界的关注,但学者多从宏观角度讨论休闲农庄的规划设计与经营发展等问题,相对缺少通过微观视角分析游客体验及其质量评价。选择浙江省休闲农庄为分析案例,通过收集与分析休闲农庄游客旅游体验感知评价的数据,采取类属分析的方法,识别并解释休闲农庄游客旅游体验质量的影响因素及作用机制,据此构建了包括环境氛围、规划设计、体验活动、旅游服务和基础设施等五大层面及其对应的16项核心评价指标在内的体系。研究结果不仅为休闲农庄游客体验质量评价提供理论基础,还能对休闲农庄游客旅游体验管理水平的提升以及农庄企业的科学、合理的规划设计提供经验借鉴与理论支撑。The rapid development of farm tourism all over the world has attracted the attention of tourism researchers.However,most of researchers focus on the planning,design,operation and development of leisure farm from a macro perspective,while the research of analyzing tourist experience of leisure farm from a micro perspective is relatively deficient.This article chooses the leisure farms of Zhejiang province as the case,collects and analyzes the data about tourism experience perception evaluation of leisure farm tourists,uses MAXQDA qualitative analysis software,adopts the method of category analysis,identifies and explains the influencing elements and action mechanism of the quality of tourist experience,the tourism experience quality evaluation index system of the leisure farm tourists is built.The study points out that the five key elements that influence the tourist experience of the leisure farm,including environmental atmosphere,planning and design,experience activities,tourism practitioners’services and infrastructure.This research can not only provide theoretical foundation for the construction of the tourism experience quality evaluation index system of the leisure farm tourists,but also provide experience reference and theoretical support for the scientific and reasonable planning and design of the leisure farms in China.
