摘  要:目的为了研究NCOA 1和RBP 4基因的多态性对母猪繁殖性能的影响。方法本试验利用PCR-RFLP技术检测试验猪群NCOA 1和RBP 4基因的多态性,并采用最小二乘法对基因多态性与总仔数、活仔数、健仔数、木乃伊数、死胎数等繁殖性状,分别进行单独基因型分析和合并基因型分析。结果对于NCOA 1基因,初产和经产母猪的总产仔数、总活仔数、健仔数和初生窝重都为AB型>AA型,但仅在经产母猪中总产仔数、活仔数差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);对于RBP 4基因,经产母猪的总产仔数、健仔数、初生窝重均表现为AA型>BB型>AB型,且AA型个体的健仔数、初生窝重极显著高于AB型(P<0.01);对于NCOA 1和RBP 4的合并基因型,经产母猪的总产仔数、活仔数、健仔数、死胎数、初生窝重均表现为ABBB型>AAAB型,且ABBB型个体的总产仔数、死胎数极显著高于AAAB型(P<0.01)。结论NCOA 1和RBP 4基因多态性对大白猪的繁殖性能有显著影响,可作为母猪繁殖性能改良的遗传标记。Objective In order to study the effects of the polymorphisms of NCOA 1 and RBP 4 genes on the reproductive performance of sows.Methods PCR-RFLP technique was used to genotype NCOA 1 and RBP 4 genes of sows,and the least squares method was used for association analysis of genotypes and reproductive traits such as total number born(TNB),number born alive(NBA),number born healthy(NBH),number of mummy,number of stillbirth and little weight(LW).Results For NCOA 1 gene,the TNB,NBA,NBH and LW of genotype AB were higher than genotype AA,but only the TNB and NBA in multiparous sows reached significant level(P<0.05).For RBP 4 gene,the TNB,NBA and LW showed a trend that genotype AA higher than BB type and genotype BB higher than AB,and the TNB and LW of genotype AA higher than that of AB very significantly(P<0.01).For the combined genotypes of NCOA 1 and RBP 4,all the TNB,NBA,NBH,stillbirth and LW of genotype ABBB were higher than that of AAAB,only the TNB and stillbirth reached very significant level(P<0.01).Conclusions The genotypes of NCOA 1 and RBP 4 have an effect on the reproduction traits of Yorkshire sows,and can be used as a genetic marker for improving reproductive performance of sows.
