摘  要:随着城市的不断扩张,原有的生态环境被改变,城市中被用来蓄排水的天然“海绵体”遭到破坏。为了定量地评估LID措施对径流的控制效果,以萍乡市建设局试验区为例,通过研究芝加哥雨型和萍乡市的暴雨强度公式构建出不同重现期下萍乡市的降雨过程线。通过暴雨洪水管理模型(SWMM模型),模拟在不同暴雨重现期下试验区内增添LID措施前后对地表径流总量和水质的变化,分析其模拟效果。可知暴雨强度越大,LID组合措施对洪峰削减率越高,污染物的负荷总量也越大,且在LID措施下污染物的总负荷量相对于无LID措施的情景下明显较小。LID的设置对地表径流的水文和水质控制效果较为显著。既LID组合措施可以显著地提升区域的抗洪能力和去污能力,为萍乡海绵城市的建设效果提供依据和参考。With the expansion of the city,the original ecological environment has changed,and the natural"spongy body"used to store drainage water in the city was destroyed.In order to quantitatively evaluate the effect of LID measures on runoff control,we take the test area of Construction Bureau in Pingxiang City as example and construct the rainfall process line of Pingxiang City during different recurrence periods by studying the rain pattern of Chicago and the formula of Pingxiang City’s rainstorm intensity.Through the rainstorm and flood management model(SWMM model),the changes of surface runoff volume and water quality before and after LID measures are added to the test area during different rainstorm recurrence periods are simulated to analyze the simulation effect.It can be seen that the higher the storm intensity is,the higher the peak reduction rate of LID combined measures will be,and the larger the total load of pollutants will be,and the total load of pollutants under LID measures will be significantly smaller than that without LID measures.LID has a significant effect on the hydrological and water quality control of surface runoff.On the other hand,combined measures of LID can significantly improve the flood resistance and pollution removal capacity of the region,which provides the basis and reference for the construction effect of Pingxiang sponge city.
