摘 要:2018年7月1-3日青海省出现降水天气过程,造成都兰县多个乡镇出现暴雨洪涝灾害,灾害给当地的民众带来很大的财产损失,共造成经济损失2000多万元。灾害发生后,青海省气象部门第一时间派遣业务人员到现场实地调查灾情,通过调查,了解了受灾情况、致灾原因以及天气预报预警信息发布渠道、接收率和气象服务效益等,从而促使气象部门改进和发展气象服务,更好地为社会提供服务。A precipitation weather process occurred on July 1-3, 2018 in Qinghai Province,which caused rainstorm and flood disasters in many towns of Dulan County. The disaster brought great property losses to the local people,resulting in more than 20 million yuan of economic losses. After the disaster,the meteorological department of Qinghai Province sent business personnel to the scene to investigate the disaster situation at the first time. Through the investigation,the disaster situation,the cause of the disaster,the release channel and receiving rate of weather forecast and early warning information,and the meteorological service benefit were understood,so as to promote the meteorological department to improve and develop the meteorological service and provide better services for the society.
