摘 要:利用反相高效液相色谱法分析了8批刺猬紫檀样品,采用相似度分析软件"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)"计算处理,相似度均在0.9以上;建立了由6个共有特征峰组成的刺猬紫檀指纹图谱,同时对该指纹图谱检测方法进行方法学考察。该方法结果准确、重复性好,所建立的指纹图谱可作为刺猬紫檀的辅助鉴定,鉴定指标客观,鉴定方法简便,为刺猬紫檀的无损真伪鉴别提供了新方法。Eight batches of Pterocarpus erinaceus Poir were determined by RPHPLC. The similarity analysis software "similarity evaluation system of Chinese traditional medicine chromatogram fingerprint(2012 edition)" was used to calculate and process the eight batches of P. erinaceus and the similarities were above 0.9. The fingerprint of P.erinaceus.was established which was composed of six common characteristic peaks,and the method of fingerprint detection was investigated. The method was accurate with good reproducibility. As a reference,the fingerprint can be used as an auxiliary identification of P. erinaceus,which was characterized by objective identification index,simple identification method and non-damage detection. It provided a new method for the nondestructive identification of P. erinaceus.
