摘  要:针对高放石墨的SiC基陶瓷固化,可用CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 (CAS)系玻璃作为SiC陶瓷固化体低温烧结助剂,优化化学稳定性优良的CAS玻璃烧结助剂是安全固化高放石墨的关键。采用熔制工艺制备ZnO掺杂CAS系玻璃,利用红外吸收光谱、固体紫外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和能谱、耐腐蚀性等分析测试方法,研究ZnO掺量对CAS系玻璃网络结构、化学稳定性的影响。结果表明,ZnO的添加对CAS系玻璃网络结构及化学稳定性有显著的影响,ZnO掺量为0.5 mol时,其光学带隙(Eo pt)最小(3.965 eV),玻璃网络结构中桥氧的相对含量最高,网络结构的完整和致密性较好,综合耐腐蚀性较优;随着ZnO掺量的提高,ZnO-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 (ZCAS)系玻璃的耐酸(pH=3/5)和耐水性(pH=7)总体呈现先变好后变差的趋势,ZnO掺量为0.5 mol时具有较优的耐酸、耐水性能;ZnO掺量的增加,ZCAS系玻璃的耐碱性(pH=9/11)总体呈现先变差后变好的趋势,ZnO掺量为0.3 mol时,其耐碱性较差。For the safe curing of high-radioative graphite by SiC ceramics,Ca O-Al2O3-SiO2(CAS)glass with excellent properties can be used as sintering aids for low temperature densification of SiC ceramic waste form,the CAS glass with high chemical stability is the key to prepare high performance SiC ceramic waste form.CAS glasses doped with Zn O were prepared by melt-queching technique,and the network structure,chemical stability properties were investigated with different ZnO contents by x-ray power diffraction,scanning electron microscope and Electronic Differential System,FT-IR Spectrometer,solid UV spectrum and glass corrosion resistance test method.The results show that the content of ZnO has a significant effect on the structure and chemical stability of ZCAS glass,the optical band gap(Eo pt)is the minimum(3.965 eV)at ZnO=0.5 mol,the relative content of bridge oxygen is the highest in glass network,the integrity and compactness of the network is better,and the comprehensive corrosion resistance is better;with the increase of ZnO content,the acid resistance(p H=3/5)and water resistance(pH=7)of the glass of ZCAS showed a trend of getting better first and then getting worse,excellent acid and water resistance in the content of ZnO=0.5 mol;with the increase of ZnO content,the alkali resistance(pH=9/11)of glass of ZCAS generally shows a trend of getting worse first and then getting better,ZnO=0.3 mol,alkali resistance is relatively poor.
