摘 要:功能梯度压电材料是材料属性连续变化,各向异性的力电耦合材料。基于功能梯度压电材料的本构关系、几何关系和边界条件,利用软件ABAQUS建立了通用有限元模型。采用分层法进行材料的梯度仿真模拟,求解出含单裂纹的功能梯度压电材料板的断裂力学问题,表明功能梯度压电材料能够缓解材料的应力集中。详细讨论了当功能梯度参数增大时,裂纹周围应力变大;椭圆形裂纹应力集中程度要大于圆形裂纹;裂纹几何尺寸越小,裂纹周围应力越大,结构更加容易破坏。在今后功能梯度材料结构设计中,功能梯度参数不应太大,同时结构中应当避免出现尖锐的拐点或者微裂纹的出现,这对功能梯度压电材料结构设计及其实际应用起到了借鉴作用。Functionally graded piezoelectric materials are electromechanical coupling materials with continuously changing properties and anisotropy.Based on the constitutive relation,geometric relationship and boundary conditions of functionally graded piezoelectric materials,a general model is established by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The gradient simulation of materials with single cracks were carried out by a layering method,and the fracture mechanics of functionally graded piezoelectric material plates with a crack was solved.It is shown that the functionally graded piezoelectric material can relieve the stress concentration of the material.It is found that the stress around the crack increases with the function gradient parameters.The stress concentration of the elliptical crack is greater than one of the circular crack.The stress around the crack changes inversely with the crack geometry,and the structure is easily destroyed.Thus,for the structural design of functionally graded materials,the functional gradient parameters are not suggested to be set large,and sharp corners or micro cracks should be avoided.The functionally graded piezoelectric materials can be referred for structural design and its practical applications.
