摘  要:钻探工程中,井斜一直是制约钻进速度和钻孔质量的重要因素,特别是高陡构造地层条件下,突出的井斜问题不仅造成机械钻速低,钻井周期长,钻井成本高,有时甚至成为能否顺利进行钻探施工的关键因素。自动垂直钻井系统的出现使得井斜控制技术有了质的飞跃,可实现井下主动防斜纠斜,不需要人为干预而自动调整井眼轨迹。在调研分析国内外垂直钻井系统发展及应用现状的基础上,对自动垂直钻井系统的研发重点及难点进行了总结分析,并展望分析了其发展趋势及前景。In drilling engineering,well deviation has been an important factor restricting the drilling speed and drilling quality,especially under conditions of high inclined formation.The problem of well deviation is not only caused low ROP,long drilling cycle time,high drilling costs,but also sometimes even become a key factor of drilling success.Automatic vertical drilling system makes a qualitative leap for deviation control technology,can achieve down hole automatically prevent and correct inclination,and automatically adjusts the well trajectory without human intervention.In this paper,based on the research and analysis of development and application status at China and abroad on vertical drilling system,focusing on the development and difficulties of automatic vertical drilling system,and prospect of trends and prospects of its development.
