摘 要:针对一台300MW机组在A修后带负荷期间1、2号轴瓦出现的不稳定振动问题进行了振动测试,通过对所采集的振动数据、振动趋势图和轴心位置图进行分析,诊断出造成1、2号轴瓦不稳定振动的原因是A修时汽封间隙调至下限和带负荷后布莱登汽封闭合引起的动静碰摩,并对动静碰摩故障的机理进行了分析,提出通过改变高压进汽阀门开度来改善高中压转子动静间隙和降低升负荷速率的措施,解决了1、2号轴瓦不稳定振动问题。The vibration test was carried out in order to solve the unstable vibration problem of the bearing shell of No.1 and No.2 during loading of a 300 MW unit after A repair.Through the analysis of the collected vibration data,vibration trend map and axial position map,the reason for the unstable vibration of the bearing shell No.1 and No.2 is diagnosed as that the gap of the steam seal is too small and the rubbing caused by the closing of the Braden steam seal.The caused analysis of the mechanism of rubbing failure are analysis.Through the measures of improveing the dynamic and static clearance of the rotor by changing the opening of the high pressure inlet valve and reducing the rate of loading,the unstable vibration of the bearing shell No.1 and No.2 are solved.
