摘　　要：针对电爆装置检测存在安全风险问题,本文设计了一种基于VB与单片机的远控型电爆装置数据采集系统。该系统采用上位机-下位机的结构形式,上位机以远控计算机为核心,用于测试过程的远程控制;下位机以基于单片机的电爆装置检测仪为核心,可完成桥路电阻及绝缘电阻数据采集,并通过串行通信接口实现远程数据传递。结果表明,该系统具备良好的远程数据自动采集功能,极大降低了火工检测风险,有效地保障了检测人员安全。In order to solve the problem of safety risk in the detection of electric explosive device,this paper designs a remote acquisition system based on VB and MCU.This system adopts the structure of the upper computer and the lower device.The upper computer works as the core to take the remote control,the lower device is a detector based on single-chip microcomputer,which can collect data of bridge resistance and insulation resistance of electrical explosive devices,and then send date to the upper computer by serial communication interface.The application results show that the system has a good remote data collection function.,the risk of electrical explosive device testing is greatly reduced,and the safety of inspectors is effectively guaranteed.
