俄罗斯第二次农业普查重点数据解析与启示

摘　　要：我国是一个农业和人口大国,土地是我国广大农民最重要的生产生活资源,如何合理利用有限的土地资源一直以来都是我国政府、人民和农业专家的重要课题。在我国的当前农业供给侧改革的形势下,对俄国农业耕地的利用和种养殖业进行研究是十分有必要的。普查数据表明,俄每年有很大比例的休作农场,在此方面中俄有着很大的合作空间和潜力。本文对俄国第二次农业普查部分数据进行了解读与分析,从中得出的经营中一些现象和规律对我国农业供给侧改革有一定的借鉴和启示作用。As an extensive agricultural and large populated country,the land is the most important productive and living resource for the vast peasantry,therefore,proper utilization of limited land resource is always the key topic of our government,our people and our agricultural specialists.Under the circumstance of agriculture supply reformation in our country,it’s necessary to conduct research on the farmland utilization and aquaculture.Census data indicates that there are large proportion of fallow and farm in Russia every year,in terms of this,there is a large cooperation scope and potential between China and Russia.In this article,a partly data interpretation and analysis of the second-time Russia agriculture census is conducted,some phenomenon and patterns of operation and management is concluded out of the data and would be of reference value as well as enlightening to the agriculture supply reformation in our country.
