摘 要:以辽宁鞍山、湖北黄石大冶、安徽马鞍山以及四川攀枝花等地的八种铁尾矿为主要原料制备蒸压加气混凝土。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段,重点研究了不同铁尾矿替代天然砂掺量对样品结构和性能的影响。结果表明,鞍山风水沟铁尾矿最大掺量为55%时,制品抗压强度可达到A05和干体积密度达到B07级别的合格品要求。样品的抗压强度和干体积密度随铁尾矿掺量的增加先增大后减小。在蒸压养护下,所制备样品物料中钙质材料水化形成的氢氧化钙与铁尾矿和石英砂中的游离二氧化硅及氧化铝反应得到了托贝莫来石,水泥中的钙矾石消失,片状结晶的托贝莫来石与骨料相互交织,形成致密网状结构,有利于制品强度的提高。The autoclaved aerated concrete was prepared from eight kinds of iron tailings in Anshan,Liaoning,Huangshi Daye,Hubei,Maanshan,Anhui,and Panzhihua,Sichuan. The X-ray diffraction( XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM) were used to study the effects of different iron tailings instead of natural sand on the structure and properties of the samples. The results show that when the maximum dosage of Anshan Fengshuigou iron tailings is 55%,the compressive strength of the products can reach the requirements of A05 and the dry bulk density up to the B07 grade. The compressive strength and dry bulk density of the sample first increase and then decrease as the amount of iron tailings increases. Under autoclave curing,calcium hydroxide formed by hydration of calcium material in the prepared sample material reacts with free silica and alumina in iron tailings and quartz sand to obtain tobe mullite,calcium in cement. The vermiculite disappears,and the flaky crystals of the tobe mullite and the aggregate interweave to form a dense network structure,which is beneficial to the improvement of the strength of the product.
