摘　　要：本文采用高效、快速、节能的分离式直连真空预压地基处理方法代替传统真空射流泵技术对惠州某软地基项目进行真空联合堆载预压处理。采用新技术进行地基处理后,各项技术指标均满足设计和使用要求,取得了良好的技术效果和项目效益(节能效益、经济效益和社会效益),形成了一套精细化施工和管理方法,对类似工程有一定的借鉴意义。The traditional technique of vacuum jet pump has been replaced with the separated and direct vacuum preloading method characterized with high efficiency and energy saving in a soft base treatment project in Huizhou. Based on the application of the above new technique, various technical indicators meet the requirements of design and use, which produces good effect and high benefit involving economy, energy saving and society. At the same time, a complete set of systematic construction process and management method has been built, which will provide a reference for similar projects.
