摘  要:PC工法桩通过将钢管与钢板组合使用来提高传统钢板桩支护体系的刚度,拓展现有全回收支护体系的使用范围针对组合钢管桩支护体系中钢板-钢管-土之间的相互作用问题,采用理论计算和数值模拟方法研究PC工法组合钢管桩支护体系刚度,结果表明:采用理论公式按刚接形式与竖向滑动形式计算得到的刚度相差不大;数值模拟所得两种接触形式下PC工法桩的变形与等刚度地连墙的变形基本一致;进一步以最大侧移值相等为原则,得到刚接和竖向滑动形式下,实际刚度与理论计算刚度的比值分别为0.88和0.96。研究成果可以为设计人员提供参考。The PC construction pile improves the rigidity of the traditional steel sheet pile support system by combining the steel tube and the steel plate,and expands the use range of the existing full recovery suport system.Aiming at the interaction between steel plate and steel tube-soil in composite steel pipe pile support system,the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation method were used to study the stiffness of PC steel composite pipe pile support system.The results showed that the stiffness of the rigid joint form calculated by the theoretical formula is 7% larger than that of the vertical sliding form.The deformation of the PC construction pile under the two contact forms obtained by numerical simulation is basically consistent with the deformation of the equal stiffness ground wall;The lateral shift values are equal.The ratio of the actual stiffness to the theoretically calculated stiffness is 0.88 and 0.96 respectively.The research results could provide a reference for designers.
