摘　　要：产业转型升级要求高校对专业不断进行调整以适应市场对人才的需求。然而,从当前陕西省高等教育与产业转型升级对接的现状来看,还存着人才培养定位与产业转型相背离,专业结构与产业结构对接错位,课程设置滞后于产业升级的要求等方面的问题。对此,陕西高校要想实现自身发展必须主动适应产业转型升级的发展,动态调整课程和专业结构,优化教育布局,加快产教协同育人,以实现陕西高校专业设置与地方产业转型升级的协同发展。Industrial transformation and upgrading requires universities to constantly adjust their majors to meet the market's demand for talent.However,judging from the current status of the connection between higher education and industrial transformation and upgrading in Shaanxi Province,there are still some problems such as the divergence of talent cultivation positioning from industrial transformation,the mismatch between the specialty structure and the industrial structure,and the lagging of curriculum setting behind the requirements of industrial upgrading.In this regard,if Shaanxi universities want to realize their own development,they must proactively adapt to the development of industrial transformation and upgrading,dynamically adjust the curriculum and specialty structure,optimize the educational layout,and speed up the production and education collaboration,so as to achieve the synergy between the specialty setting of Shaanxi universities and the transformation and upgrading of local industries development.
