产业结构视角下自然资源对经济增长的影响研究

摘　　要：利用2005—2016年中国30个省份(直辖市)的面板数据,从产业结构的视角实证分析了资源丰裕度和资源依赖度对经济增长的影响,结果表明:(1)资源丰裕度和资源依赖度均对经济增长存在负效应,其中,资源依赖度的负效应更强,资源丰裕度的略微负影响可能是因为丰裕的自然资源引起的资源依赖所造成的连带效应,因为丰裕的自然资源本身是有利于经济增长的;(2)产业结构的变迁可以促进经济增长,这种变迁会带来高附加值的产业比重增加,从而为经济的发展创造更多的效益;(3)产业结构的引入,使资源丰裕和资源依赖均可以促进经济增长,从而使“资源诅咒”效应得以破解,并转为“资源福音”,这种破解效果在资源依赖方面体现得更为明显。By means of the panel data of 30 Chinese provinces(or municipalities)from the year 2005 to 2016,an empirical analysis is conducted around the influence of resources abundance and resources dependence on economic from the perspective of industrial structure.The results show:firstly,the resources abundance and the resources dependence have the negative effect on the economic growth,in which the negative effect of resource dependence is stronger,while the slightest negative impact of resources abundance is due to the process effects of resources dependence caused by abundant natural resources,for abundant natural resources itself are beneficial for economic growth;secondly,the industrial structure evolution can promote the economic growth,because this industrial change is capable of bringing the increase of high-added-value industrial proportion,and thus creates more benefits for the economic development;thirdly,with the introduction of industrial structure,resources abundance and resources dependence can both promote the economic growth,which can transform"the resources curse"to"the resources gospel",and this solving effectis obvious in the aspect of resources dependence.
