摘 要:为了降低医疗废弃物从产生源头到最终处理全过程造成的安全隐患,就要规范城市医疗废弃物回收运作机制。首先设计了医疗废弃物回收模式和回收流程;其次,规划了医疗废弃物逆向物流回收网络结构;接着,构建多目标混合整数规划模型并以三明市的12县(市区)为例进行求解;最后,通过LINGO软件运算得出结果,并综合考虑实际因素对关键回收物流网络节点进行了具体选址。In order to reduce the safety hazards caused by the whole process of medical waste from the source to the final treatment, it is necessary to regulate the operation mechanism of urban medical waste recycling. Firstly, the medical waste recycling mode and recycling process were designed. Secondly, the medical waste reverse logistics recycling network structure was planned. Then, multi-objective mixed integer programming model were constructed and the 12 regions of Sanming city was used as an example. Finally, the results were calculated by LINGO and the key recycling logistics network nodes have been specifically selected by comprehensively considering the actual factors of Sanming city.
