摘 要:造纸废液具有强碱性,可将其激发铅锌尾矿微粉生产地聚物,为探索该类地聚物密度和28 d强度的影响因素,采用四因素三水平正交试验设计进行试验研究,按0.02025 m^3计算,胶凝材料用量取15.4、14.4和13.4kg,生石灰取4、5和6 kg,造纸废液取9、10和11 kg,发泡剂(双氧水+铝粉)取0.2 kg+20 g、0.3 kg+30 g和0.4 kg+40 g,测试了各组试样的密度和28 d强度,采用扫描电镜和加能谱分析了其微细观结构和成分。结果表明:密度和28 d强度的影响程度依次为发泡剂用量>胶凝材料用量>造纸废液用量>生石灰用量;配合比4和5具有较好的发泡效果;造纸废液和尾矿微粉地聚物密度和28d强度与其微细结构和组分密切相关,不同配合比的地聚物成分有较大差异。The pulping waste liquid of paper making has strong alkalinity,it can be used to activate the lead and zinc tailing powder to produce geopolymer.In order to explore the factors affecting the density and 28 d strength of the polymer,four factors and three levels orthogonal experimental design is adopted to carry out the experimental study,in which the amount of cementitious material is 15.4,14.4 and 13.4 kg,the quicklime content is 4.5 and 6 kg,the pulping waste liquid usage is 9,10 and 11 kg,and the foaming agent(hydrogen peroxide and aluminum powder)is 0.2 kg+20 g,0.3 kg+30 g and0.4 kg+40 g in per 0.02025 m^3 geopolymer.The density and 28 d strength of every mix samples are tested.The microstructures and compositions of the samples are analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum.The results show that the influence degree on density and 28 d strength are the amount of foaming agent,cementitious material content,pulping waste liquor usage and the dosage of quicklime.The 4 and 5 mix have better foaming effect.The density and 28 d strength of the pulping waste liquor and tailing powder geopolymer are closely related to the microstructures and compositions,and the geopolymer compositions with different mix ratios are a lot of differences.
