摘  要:介绍了Ramu红土镍矿的矿山工程,概述了红土镍矿矿浆的生产情况。实践中采用VOLVO A40E型运矿车自动卸矿+挖掘机加矿的原矿仓给料作业方式,结构化焊接制备和模块化更换的方法改造顶条格筛,控制上游来料中砾石和稀料的下料量,实现原矿仓的有效给料和下料;采用铁板给料机给下游稳定有效地输送矿石;改进圆筒洗矿机的筛条和衬板,提高有效运转率;改进槽式擦洗机,提升返砂能力和擦洗效果;采用直线振动筛筛分矿浆,使制备的初级矿浆产品粒度达到-3 mm;采用增大摩擦力,及对磨损的头轮进行更换的措施,缓解1号皮带式输送机雨天打滑的问题,解决了矿浆生产环节的瓶颈问题,实现供给湿法冶炼工艺的矿浆产能达产。通过Ramu矿山水力采矿造浆的规模化生产实践,实现供给湿法冶炼工艺的矿浆产能超产,Ramu矿山水力采矿单日生产的矿浆量能占到矿浆生产总量的三分之一以上,运行成本较低,特别是能够弥补Ramu地区常规的机采在雨季作业效能降低、产能下降问题,在Ramu矿山矿浆生产方面有广阔的应用前景。Ramu矿山2019年原矿处理预计达到700万t,生产矿浆1 600万m3,折算输送冶炼厂的金属镍量达到41 500 t,达到设计产能的110%,实现湿法冶炼提取有价金属镍钴所需矿浆的按需供给。The project of Ramu laterite-nickel mine was introduced and the production of laterite-nickel ore slurry are described. In practice,the raw ore bin feeding mode of the of VOLVO A40 E type ore auto-unloading trunk+ excavator was adopted,and the structural welding preparation and the modular replacement method are used to modify the top bar screen,to control the amount of gravel and thinners from the upstream,and to realize the effective feeding and loading of the raw ore bin;The iron-plate feeder is adopted to stably and effectively transport the ore at downstream. Improving the screen and lining plate of the cylinder washing machine can raise the effective operation rate;Improving the trough type scrubbing machine can enhance sand returning capacity and scrubbing effect;The linear vibrating screen was adopted to screen the pulp,and make the particle size of the prepared primary pulp product at-3 mm;By increasing the friction and replacing the worn head pulley,the slipping problem of No.1 belt conveyor in rainy days can be alleviated,which breaks the bottleneck at the pulp production link,and achieves the capacity of pulp supplied to the hydrometallurgy process. Through the large-scale production practice of hydraulic mining and pulping in Ramu mine,the production capacity of slurry supplied to hydrometallurgy process is over produced. The daily production of slurry in hydraulic mining in Ramu mine can account for more than one third of the total production of slurry with relatively low operation cost. Especially it can make up for the operation efficiency reduction of conventional mechanical mining in the rainy season in Ramu area which results in the reduction of production capacity.Hence,there is a broad application prospect in the slurry production of Ramu mine. In 2019,the treatment capacity of raw ore in Ramu mine is expected to reach 7 million tons,and the production of ore slurry will reach 16 million m3. The amount of nickel transferred to the smelter will reach 41 500 tons,with the design capacity of 110
