摘 要:某矿山I矿体将原有的充填采矿法更改为无底柱分段崩落法并在上部分段采用低贫化放矿,对于最末分段的放矿方式初步考虑了常规回采进路低贫化放矿+辅助回采进路截止品位放矿、常规回采进路与辅助回采进路均采用截止品位放矿2种放矿方案。为比较2种放矿方案整体的矿石回收效果,对2种放矿方案进行了放矿物理模拟试验研究,并分析对比了2种放矿方案的矿石回收指标。试验结果表明:在相同的矿石回收与放矿条件下,2种放矿方案都具有较好的矿石回收效果,表明2种方案都是可行、有效的。但常规回采进路与辅助回采进路均采用截止品位放矿方案矿石回收指标更优,因此建议在矿山推广这种方案。The original filling mining method for I orebody in a mine was changed to the pillarless sublevel caving stoping,with low dilution drawing adopted in the upper part of the mine. In the lower part of the ore,two kinds of drawing schemes were initially considered,namely,the conventional stoping drift with low dilution ore-drawing + auxiliary mining drift with cut-off grade drawing,and both conventional mining drift and auxiliary mining drift with cut-off grade drawing. In order to compare the overall ore recovery effect of the two ore-drawing schemes,the physical simulation test of ore drawing under two schemes was carried out,and the ore recovery indexes of the two schemes were analyzed and compared. The results showed that under the same conditions of ore recovery and ore drawing,both ore-drawing schemes have good ore recovery effect,indicating that both schemes are feasible and effective. However,the conventional mining and auxiliary mining drifts with the cut-off grade drawing adopted is better,so it is recommended that this scheme be popularized in mines.
