摘 要:针对国内某金精矿中金嵌布粒度细且大部分被黄铜矿、黄铁矿、毒砂包裹的现状,采用盐酸-过氧化氢-乙二醇体系对该金精矿进行氧化预处理。结果表明,在盐酸浓度0.7 mol/L,矿浆浓度40 g/L,给料细度-48μm占90%以上,矿浆温度60℃,H2O2浓度0.5 mol/L,乙二醇浓度9 mL/L的条件下,金精矿中Cu、As的溶解率分别达95.25%、99.75%,添加乙二醇使铜的溶解率增加了61.85个百分点。对添加剂乙二醇的作用过程及机理进行分析表明:乙二醇通过延迟过氧化氢的分解,促进了黄铜矿的溶解,使铜的溶解率增加。Due to the current situation that the gold is fine disseminated grains exist and large amounts of the gold mineral is wrapped by chalcopyrite,pyrite and arsenopyrite,leaching for a gold concentrate is difficult. Tests regarding acidic oxidation pretreatment in the system of HCl-H2 O2-(CH2 OH)2 were carried out. It showed that under the dosage of HCl at 0.7 mol/L,pulp density at 40 g/L,the particle size of-48 μm accounted for more than 90%,reaction temperature at 60 ℃,dosage of H2 O2 at 0.5 mol/L,dosage of(CH2 OH)2 at 9 mL/L,the dissolution rates of copper and arsenic were 95.25% and 99.75% respectively. The addition of ethylene glycol made the dissolution rates of copper increased by 61.85 percentage points. The reaction process and mechanism of ethylene glycol were analyzed: By delaying the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide,ethylene glycol promoted the dissolution of chalcopyrite,increasing the dissolution rate of copper.
