摘　　要：目的探讨个人数码助理(PDA)在静脉输液风险安全管理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年8月-2018年9月于新华医院老年五病区住院的老年患者5 307例,回顾性分析患者的静脉输液管理资料,根据静脉输液方式分为2组:观察组(n=2 625)和对照组(n=2 682)。对照组采用传统输液管理的输液治疗,观察组在与对照组相同的基础上加用PDA信息化管理的输液治疗。对比2组静脉输液准点率、巡视遗漏率、未按特殊用药要求输液发生率、输液巡视时间耗时、患者满意度及护士满意度。结果使用PDA信息化管理后,观察组静脉输液准点率由90.3%提高到100%,输液巡视遗漏率由33.55%下降到17.51%,未按特殊用药要求输液发生率由17.36%下降到8%。输液巡视时间平均耗时由每例51秒降到30秒,患者满意度由95.67%上升至99%,护士满意度由92.8%提高到98.2%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PDA在老年科患者静脉输液风险安全管理中可有效提高输液时间准点率和特殊用药的使用准确性,降低输液巡视遗漏率,确保巡视到位,缩短巡视耗时,提高工作效率和护患满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of personal digital assistant(PDA) in standardized management of intravenous infusion in geriatric wards.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the intravenous infusion managing data of 5307 elderly hospitalized during Aug.,2017 to Sept.,2018,who were divided,according to the infusion methods,into 2 groups:observation group(n=2625) and control group(n=2682);traditional infusion management was performed in both groups while PDA infusion management was added to the elder in observation group;an observation was made to the punctuality rate of intravenous infusion,the omission rate of patrol,the occurrence of substandard infusion of special medication,the time consumption of patrol and the satisfaction of cases and nurses,and a comparative study was performed between the 2 groups.Results After the application of PDA in observation group,the punctuality rate of intravenous infusion increased from 90.3% to100%,the omission rate of patrol and the occurrence of substandard infusion of special medication dropped down from 33.55%to 17.51% and from 17.36% to 8%;the average of patrol time consumption for each case dropped down from 51 seconds to 30 seconds;the satisfaction of the elderly cases raised up from 95.67% to 99% while the satisfaction of nurses from 92.8% to 98.2%;all the differences were of statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusions The application of PDA in standardized management of intravenous infusion in geriatric wards can promote the punctuality rate of intravenous infusion and the accuracy of special medication application,decrease the omission rate of patrol,shorten the patrol time consumption and raise the satisfaction of the cases and nurses.
