加味补肾调经汤联合人工周期疗法治疗卵巢早衰40例  

40 Cases of Modified Kidney-tonifying and Tiaojing Decoction Combined with Artificial Cycle Therapy in the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure

摘　　要：目的:观察加味补肾调经汤联合人工周期疗法治疗卵巢早衰(POF)的临床疗效。方法:将80例POF患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组给予加味补肾调经汤联合人工周期疗法治疗;对照组采用人工周期疗法治疗。3个月后观察比较临床疗效、治疗前后临床症状积分、血清激素(FSH、LH、AMH、INH-B)及T细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+)情况。结果:观察组有效率为87.50%,对照组为62.50%,两组疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前后与治疗后临床症状积分、血清FSH、AMH、INH-B、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);对照组治疗后,血清LH较本组治疗前和观察组治疗后均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味补肾调经汤联合人工周期疗法治疗POF较单纯运用人工周期疗法疗效更显著,其作用机制可能为①改善血清FSH、LH、AMH、INH-B水平②调节T细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+)的免疫紊乱。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Modified Kidney-tonifying and Tiaojing decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian failure(POF).Methods:80 patients with POF were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the control group,40 patients were treated with artificial cycle therapy.Three months later,effective ratio of treatment of the two groups were observed.Meanwhile,clinical symptom scores,serum hormones(FSH,LH,AMH,INH-B)and T cell subsets(CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+)were detected before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,effective ratio of observation group and control group was 87.50%and 65.00%respectively,which had significant difference(P<0.05).There were significant differences in clinical symptom scores,serum FSH,AMH,INH-B,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+between the two groups before and after treatment and after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After treatment,serum LH in the control group was significantly different from that before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Kidney-tonifying and Tiaojing Decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy is more effective than artificial cycle therapy alone in the treatment of POF,and its mechanism may be the regulation of serum FSH,LH,AMH,INH-Band the modulation of immune disorders of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+T cell subsets.
