十灰散加味牙周塞治剂对骨引导再生术后成骨的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较十灰散加味牙周塞治剂和常规牙周塞治剂对骨引导再生术后成骨的临床疗效。方法:选取骨引导再生术后患者58例,分为两组。观察组32例,给予十灰散加味牙周塞治剂,对照组26例,采用常规牙周塞治剂,术后6个月和9个月行CBCT测量成骨情况,术后9个月PES评估软组织美学。结果:修复后第6、9个月,与治疗前比较,观察组冠部成骨有统计学意义(P<0.05),中部和根部成骨无统计学意义(P>0.05);第9个月PES评分观察组为(11.42±0.54)分,对照组为(10.33±0.69)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:十灰散加味牙周塞治剂牙冠部的成骨量高于常规牙周塞治剂,可以更好地引导新骨的形成;对于红色美学的维护也优于常规牙周塞治剂。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Shihui Powder Plus Periodontal Suppository and Conventional Periodontal Suppository in Osteogenesis after Bone Guided Regeneration.Methods:58 patients with bone-guided regeneration were divided into two groups.32 patients in the observation group were given the spleen and addicating periodontal smear agent,and 26 patients in the control group were treated with conventional periodontal sputum.The osteogenesis was measured by CBCT at 6 and 9 months after operation.The soft tissue aesthetics was evaluated by PES 9 months after operation.Result:At 6 and 9 months after repair,compared with before treatment,the osteogenesis of the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the osteogenesis of the middle and root was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The monthly PES score was(11.42±0.54)in the observation group and(10.33±0.69)in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The osteogenesis of the crown of the dentate granules is higher than that of the conventional periodontal sputum,which can better guide the formation of new bone.It is also superior to the conventional periodontal smear for the maintenance of red aesthetics.
