枇杷清肺饮加减联合电针火针治疗肺经风热型痤疮42例

摘　　要：目的:观察枇杷清肺饮加减联合电针火针治疗肺经风热型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年6月—2018年6月在我院皮肤科门诊就诊的肺经风热型痤疮患者84例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组口服枇杷清肺饮加减,每日1剂,2周为一疗程。观察组在对照组基础上给予电针加火针治疗,每周治疗1次,2周为一疗程。两组均治疗2个疗程。治疗后评价两组临床症状积分、皮损消退率等。结果:两组患者临床主要症状积分、临床次要症状积分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枇杷清肺饮加减联合电针火针可有效改善肺经风热型痤疮患者的临床症状(包括皮损程度、痤疮数量等),具有明显的临床效果,值得推荐。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acne with wind-heat in lung meridian treatment with Pipa Qingfei Decoction combined with Electroacupuncture and Fire Acupuncture.Methods:84 patients with pneumoperitoneal acne from outpatient in the dermatology Department of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Pipa Qingfei decoction.1 dose per day,and 2 weeks of continuous treatment was 1 course.The observation group was given electroacupuncture combined with fire acupuncture treatment based onf the control group treatment,once a week,and 2 weeks of treatment was 1 course.Both groups underwent two courses of treatment.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated.The evaluation items included clinical symptom points and skin loss elimination rates.Results:The difference of clinical main symptom scores and secondary symptom scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pipa Qingfei Decoction combined with Electroacupuncture and Fire Acupuncture treatment pneumotranswind acne with wind-heat in lung meridian may effectively improve the clinical symptoms(including the degree of skin damage and the amount of acne),and has obvious clinical effects and which be worth promoting.
