摘 要:目的:采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化满山红油自乳化释药系统的处方并进行质量考察。方法:以满山红油、油相、乳化剂为自变量,粒径、乳化时间为因变量,通过对自变量中的多元线性回归及多项式拟合,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化处方,并对乳化后的粒径、乳化时间进行预测分析。结果:处方中满山红油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、EL-40占自乳化处方的含量分别为39.13%、6.09%、54.78%。粒径为28.61 nm,乳化时间12.32s;处方实际值与预测值偏差分别为+4.28%,-6.29%。结论:采用Box-Behnken响应面法能够简便、快速地得到满山红油自乳化释药系统的优化处方。Objective:Optimized the self-emulsifying drug delivery systems in the oleum rhododendri daurici by Box-Behnken response surface analysis,and investigated its quality.Methods:The Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the formulation by using the multiple linear regression and polynomial fitting in the independent variables,with the oleum rhododendri daurici,the oil phase and the emulsifier as the independent variables,the particle size and emulsificationtime as the dependent variables.Results:The contents of oleum rhododendri daurici,IPM and EL-40 in the prescription were 39.13%,6.09%and 54.78%,respectively.Particle size of 28.61 nm,emulsification time of 12.32s;the formulation actual value of the prescription and the predicted value of the deviation were+4.28%,-6.29%.Conclusion:The Box-Behnken response surface method can easily and quickly obtain the optimization prescription of oleum rhododendri daurici self-emulsifying drug delivery system.
