摘 要:文章为了得到剑杆织机引纬螺杆的精准型线,提出了一种采用三维扫描逆向设计的方法。通过三维扫描仪采集到螺杆点云数据,对点云数据处理后,利用逆向软件中的3D断面方法得到螺旋型线,并借助数据处理软件或三维软件使螺旋型线光顺,利用三维软件截取截面曲线并拟合后,再扫描建模生成模型。使用检测软件对螺杆生成逆向模型与采集点云数据进行偏差比较分析,二者偏差在±0.05 mm之间,满足使用精度。因此,使用逆向设计方法可大大缩短设计研发周期和提高设计精度,为下一步的螺杆改进和再设计提供研究基础。In order to obtain the precise profile of weft insertion screw of rapier loom,a reverse design method based on three-dimensional scanning was proposed.The data of the point cloud of the screw were collected by three-dimensional scanner.After processing the point cloud data,the helix profile was obtained by using the method of 3D section in reverse software,and the helix profile was made smoothly by means of data processing software or three-dimensional software.Sectional curves were intercepted and fitted by three-dimensional software,and then scanned to create models.The deviation between the screw reverse model and the point cloud data was compared and analyzed by using the detection software.The deviation between the two models was ±0.05 mm,which met the application precision.Therefore,the use of reverse design method can greatly shorten the design and development cycle,improve the design accuracy,and provide research basis for the further screw improvement and redesign.
