摘 要:针对当前光纤通信系统异常入侵行为检测过程中存在的效率低、误差大等难题,提出了核主成分分析和灰色关联分析的光纤通信系统异常入侵行为检测方法。首先对光纤通信系统异常入侵行为的检测原理进行分析,得到光纤通信系统异常入侵行为的原始特征向量,然后采用核主成分分析方法对光纤通信系统异常入侵行为原始特征进行处理,选择一些重要的光纤通信系统异常入侵行为特征,,减少光纤通信系统异常入侵行为检测特征的输入数量,最后采用灰色联系分析确定权值,并建立光纤通信系统异常入侵行为检测模型,与对比检测模型的实验结果表明,所提方法减少了光纤通信系统异常入侵行为检测时间,检测效率高,检测精度的平均值超过了90%,为解决光纤通信系统入侵行为检测提供了一种新的研究方法。Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and big error in the process of abnormal intrusion detection of optical fiber communication system,a method of abnormal intrusion detection of optical fiber communication system based on Kernel Principal Component Analysis(KPCA)and Grey Relational Analysis(GRA)is proposed.Firstly,the principle of abnormal intrusion detection in optical fiber communication system is analyzed,and the characteristic vectors of abnormal intrusion in optical fiber communication system are extracted.Then,the characteristics of abnormal intrusion in optical fiber communication system are processed by kernel principal component analysis.Some important characteristics of abnormal intrusion in optical fiber communication system are selected,some irrelevant or insignificant features are deleted,and light is reduced.The input number of abnormal intrusion detection in optical fiber communication system is determined by grey relation analysis.The model of abnormal intrusion detection in optical fiber communication system is established and compared with several current detection models.The results show that,this method reduces the detection time of abnormal intrusion in optical fiber communication system,and has high detection efficiency.The average detection accuracy is over 96%.It provides a new research method for solving the intrusion detection in optical fiber communication system.
