摘 要:结合模拟仿真和实验测试研究了汽车轮毂轴承单元铆合装配中内轴径向膨胀变形规律及其对内圈直径及轴向位移的影响,提出了相应的抑制措施。铆装后被铆内轴端呈现蘑菇头形状,在距其顶部10 mm范围内呈外凸轮廓,径向膨胀效果显著,在10~15 mm范围内呈内凹轮廓,径向膨胀效果迅速收敛,在19.5 mm处外径向膨胀几乎消失;内圈受内轴径向膨胀及摆动影响,直径增大量最大可达0.2313 mm,最大外移可达0.0635 mm,导致铆装后的两个内圈并未紧密接触;采用两段圆弧结合两段折线的内孔形式对内圈结构进行优化,不仅可消除内轴铆压时径向膨胀对内圈的挤压变形,还可保留内轴端部的榫形结构。The deformation law of radial expansion for inner shaft of automotive hub bearing unit and its effect on the diameter of inner ring and axial movement during riveting assembly were studied by the simulation and experiment, and the corresponding control measure was proposed. After riveting assembly, the riveted inner shaft end showed mushroom head shape, it had a convex contour within 10 mm from its top, and the radial expansion effect was remarkable. However, it had a concave contour in the range of 10-15 mm, the radial expansion effect converged rapidly, and the radial expansion almost disappeared at 19.5 mm. Furthermore, the inner ring was affected by the radial expansion and oscillation of the inner shaft, the amount of diameter increase was up to 0.2313 mm, and the maximum outer movement was reached 0.0635 mm resulting in the loose contact of two inner rings after riveting assembly. Finally, the inner ring structure was optimized by the inner hole with two arcs and two fold lines, which not only eliminated the extrusion deformation of the inner ring caused by the radial expansion of inner shaft during riveting assembly, but also retained the tenon structure of the inner shaft end.
