摘 要:通过环压试验研究了低碳钢在塑性成形工况下的摩擦磨损特性。参考环压试验测定内径尺寸变化来校核摩擦系数,计算接触界面上的摩擦应力及分析其随行程的变化关系。并利用超景深显微镜观测磨损表面形貌,探究塑性成形摩擦过程中的磨损机制。结果表明:摩擦系数在塑性成形工况下的变化趋势不同,在一定范围内符合阿蒙顿-库伦摩擦定律,塑性成形摩擦模型主要为剪切摩擦,黏着磨损机制占主导作用。滑移变形中,面接触更能真实反映材料塑性成形时的摩擦特性,而在石墨烯涂覆之后起到了磨粒磨损的作用,有效地缓解了面与面接触产生的摩擦与磨损。The friction and wearing behaviors of low carbon steel in plastic forming were studied by ring compression test. Based on the ring compression test, the change in inner diameter size was determined to check the friction coefficient. Then, the friction stress on the contact interface was calculated, and the relationship between stress and stroke was analyzed. Furthermore, the wear surface morphology was observed by a super microscope, and the wear mechanism in the friction process of plastic deformation was explored. The results indicate that the variation trend of friction coefficient is different under the plastic deformation condition, and it is accorded with Amunton-Coulomb friction law in a certain range. Therefore, the plastic deformation friction model is mainly shear friction, and the adhesive wear mechanism plays a leading role. In slip deformation, the surface contact reflects the friction characteristics of material in plastic deformation well, and the graphene coating plays a dominant role of abrasive wear to alleviate the friction and wear caused by surface to surface contact effectively.
