摘 要:文章以取自郑州市新密县王沟村的砂土作为研究对象,通过对DOM的理化指标测试,结合紫外-可见光谱、三维荧光光谱技术,研究了不同震荡时间(0.25、0.5、1、2、4、6、12和24h)和温度(4、25、35℃)对提取砂土中DOM的影响。研究结果表明:在25℃下,DOM样品的DOC含量在1 h内快速增加并在1 h时达到最大值的96%,UV254在0.5 h内快速增加并在1 h时达到最大值,EC值在0~1 h内快速增加并达到最大值的89%。3个温度下的DOM样品UV254和DOC均有良好的线性关系,说明DOM样品中可能含有较多的共轭双键或苯环类的简单芳香族化合物,而且25℃下的DOM样品有机质含量高于4℃和35℃。紫外吸收光谱随着波长的增加而快速减小,25℃的吸光度略高于其他2个温度。在25℃下DOM样品的3个类蛋白荧光物质(B1、T1、T2类蛋白荧光峰)和类富里酸峰(A峰)的峰强均高于其他2个温度,可能是因为DOM样品在25℃下的高稳定性。因此考虑到DOM的环境稳定性,对砂土DOM提取的最佳震荡时间为1 h,最佳温度为25℃。The influence of different oscillation time(0.25,0.5,1,2,4,6,12 and 24 h) and temperature(4℃,25℃,35℃)on the extraction of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in the sand which was taken in Wanggou Village,Xinmi County,Zhengzhou City was studied by testing DOM’s physicochemical indexes and combining UV-Vis spectrum and 3 D fluorescence spectrum technology.The research results showed that under 25℃,the content of DOC in DOM samples increased rapidly within 1 h and reached 96% of the maximum value at 1 h.And UV254 increased rapidly within 0.5 h and reached the maximum value at 1 h,while EC value increased rapidly within 0-1 h and reached 89% of the maximum value.There was a good linear relationship between UV254 and DOC of DOM samples at three temperatures,indicating that the DOM samples could contain simple aromatic compounds of benzene ring,and the organic matter content of DOM samples at 25℃was higher than 4℃and 35℃.The UV-Vis spectrum decreased rapidly with the increase of wavelength,and the absorbance at 25℃was slightly higher than the other two temperatures.The peak intensity of three protein-like fluorescent substances(B1,T1,T2 protein fluorescence peaks) and fulvic acid peak(peak A) of DOM samples were higher than the other two temperatures at 25℃,possibly because of the high stability of DOM samples at 25℃.Therefore,considering the environmental stability of DOM,the optimal oscillation time and temperature for the extraction of dissolved organic matter from sandy soil were 1 h and 25℃,respectively.
