摘 要:分析了盘区机械化下向分层矩形进路胶结充填采矿法的进路顶板在两帮不同介质情况下的受力情况,得出了进路两侧均为充填体时最容易发生假顶破坏失稳结论。用RFPA2D软件对模型进行数值模拟研究,得出了进路顶部充填体的竖直临界抗压强度,提出了有效提高矩形进路假顶力学性能、整体性、稳定性和安全性的技术措施,为矿山的安全、高效生产提供了重要技术保障。The Maoping mine mainly used panel mechanization downward horizontal slicing cemented filling for mining.Then the stress in the roof of drift under the condition of two sides with different media was analyzed.It was concluded that the false roof was most likely to occur the failure and instability when both sides of the drift were filled.The model was numerically simulated by RFPA2 Dsoftware,and the vertical critical compressive strength of filling body at the top of the drift was obtained.The technical measures to effectively improve the mechanical properties,integrity,stability and safety of the false roof of rectangular drift were put forward,which provided an important technical guarantee for the safety,stability and efficient production of the mine.
