摘 要:为分析单一长压短抽控尘系统及气幕控尘系统条件下综掘面受限空间内控尘流场的变化及其对控尘效果的影响,利用"欧拉-欧拉法与欧拉-拉格朗日法"的组合法建立了k-ε-Θ-kp数学模型,运用FLUENT软件对综掘面受限空间内的控尘流场进行数值模拟。数值模拟分析结果表明,单使用长压、短控尘系统条件下,综掘面受限空间内流场速度方向紊乱、流速较大,流场分布不均,导致控尘效果不佳;气幕控尘系统条件下,距迎头5~7m空间内能够形成与粉尘扩散方向相反,不能形成分布均匀的有效轴向控尘流场,其流速范围约0.5~0.6m/s,基本使高浓度粉尘被控制在距迎头7m的空间内。模拟结果在蒋庄煤矿3_上601综掘工作面进行工程应用,实测结果显示:采用气幕控尘系统后,综掘机司机处全尘浓度降至44.31mg/m^3,呼尘浓度降至24.78mg/m^3,工作面各测点全尘及呼尘平均降尘率分别达到了93.40%及91.62%,说明气幕控尘系统控尘效果显著,能够有效改善综掘工作面空间的作业环境。In order to analyze the change of dust control flow field and its effect on the dust control effect in a confined space of fully-mechanized excavation face under the conditions of a single long-pressure and short-extraction pumping system and an aircurtain system,a mathematical model of k-ε-Θ-kpwas established by the combination of Euler Euler method and Euler Lagrange method.The dust control flow field in the confined space of fully-mechanized excavation face was simulated by FLUENT software.The simulation results showed that under the condition of the single short-extraction system,the velocity direction of flow field in the confined space of the fully-mechanized excavation face was disordered,the velocity was large,and the distribution of flow field was uneven,resulting in poor dust control effect.Under the condition of the air curtain dust control system,an effective axial dust control flow field was formed in the space of 5~7 maway from the head-on,which was opposite to the dust diffusion direction and can not form a uniform distribution.And the flow rate range was about 0.5~0.6 m/s,basically making the high-concentration dust be controlled in the space of 7 maway from the head-on.The simulation results were applied to the 3_上 601 fully-mechanized excavation face in Jiangzhuang coal mine.The actual measurement results showed that,after the air curtain dust control system was adopted,the total dust concentration at the driver’s position of the roadheader reduced to 44.31 mg/m^3,and the exhalation dust concentration reduced to 24.78 mg/m^3.The average dust reduction rate of the total dust and exhalation dust at each measuring point in the working face was 93.40% and 91.62% respectively,which showed that the dust control effect of the air curtain dust control system was significant and can effectively improve the working environment of the fully mechanized excavation face.
