摘 要:为解决台阶开采方式和分层开采方式在小型露天采石场开采中遇到的安全和技术经济问题,设计了多分层微差爆破开采法方案,采用自上而下分层顺序开采,上下几个分层同时分段微差爆破,在采场底部装岩平台上进行矿岩的铲装运作业。实践表明:多分层微差爆破开采法爆破后不仅能一次性形成多个新的分层作业平台,而且爆渣绝大部分能直接抛掷到装岩平台,实现了小型露天采石场的安全、高效开采。In order to solve the safety,technical and economic problems of bench mining and stratified mining in small-scale open-pit quarry,a multilayer millisecond blasting mining method was designed.The mining was carried out from top to bottom in sequence,and several layers were simultaneously blasted through millisecond blasting.The shoveling operation of rocks was carried out on the rock loading platform at the bottom of the stope.Field practice showed that the multilayer millisecond blasting method can not only form several new layered working platforms at one time,but also throw most of the blasting ballast directly to the rock loading platforms,which realized the safety,efficient and economic mining in small-scale open-pit quarry.
